I think it was around my 6th Birthday, I came home from school & my Dad meets me in the driveway.  He lifts the garage door open & there it was, a brand new blue Schwinn Stingray.  I was hooked, I raced BMX for years & did some MTB races.  I'm getting into the Crit, Time Trials & Road Racing now.  I pretty much love all sports, but with limited time I only have time for the bike right now. Thanks to everyone for making this dream come true, I can't think of any other job I would rather be doing, well...

I began racing bicycles in 1981 at the age of seven, racing BMX for several years at tracks throughout the east coast & mid-west. I started riding mountain bikes in the early 90's and that led me to racing mountain bikes downhill & dual slalom. In 1991 I started working at a local bike shop (Woody's Wheel House) in Daytona Beach. I worked there for almost 10 yrs. I went back to working for The BikeShop in 2004. The time in between working at the two shops I was racing mountain bikes throughout the US, competing in the NORBA Nationals. In 2002 I was one of the top ranked amateurs, and after turning semi-pro in 2003 I finished 18th overall in the nation. I've always enjoyed cycling and always will. It's one of those things you learn how to do as a kid and you love forever. Thanks for reading my bio and I look forward to meeting.

Hi, my name is Devin. I work at The BikeShop part time, and I mainly ride road bikes. I'm currently going to DBCC  to become a Fire Fighter. If you see me riding my bike while you're driving, please don't hit me!

Gary

Hi, my name is Gary. I got into bicycles at young age starting with racing BMX. At the age of 19 I started racing mountain bikes. I don't race bicycles too much anymore. When I'm not at The BikeShop you can usually find me riding mountain bikes and dirt bikes (motorcycles), and watching a lot of TV.
